1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

33cb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. 3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and sports betting on 33cb, you must register an account. Account Obligations

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

33cb may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only and may be claimed once per player unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 33cb platform are supplied by independently certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules of each game are determined by the provider and are displayed within the game interface. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33cb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity details.
• Using or attempting to use any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or pricing errors for guaranteed or artificially enhanced returns.

33cb monitors platform activity continuously and employs a range of detection tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 33cb will act promptly and decisively to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of all legitimate players.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

33cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which 33cb may take such action include but are not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime associated with the account.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through 33cb's responsible gaming tools.

In the event of account closure due to a proven breach of these Terms, 33cb reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses not meeting rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9. Intellectual Property
